Application procedure

You will begin the application process on the national Studyinfo portal. Application form is available at studyinfo.fi only when the call for applications is open (3 January – 17 January 2024 at 15:00 (GMT +2)). Go to Studyinfo portal and begin the application:

You must fill in the online application and submit it with the required scanned enclosures by the given deadline.  We will not process application documents that have arrived after the deadline.

Application instructions in a nutshell

  • When the application period begins, fill in the online application form and make sure you have attached the required application enclosures (in pdf format). At the application state we require only scanned enclosures attached (uploaded) to the application form. Paper copies are not required during the application period.
  • The recommendation letters can be attached with the online application form or they can be sent by email directly to the MSc EF programme coordinator, Ms. Marjoriitta Möttönen (marjoriitta.mottonen(at)uef.fi) by the referee.

Application documents will not be returned to the applicant.

Note: The personal data of all applicants will be sent to the Agency and may be used by other bodies involved in the management of EMJMD acting as stakeholders of the programme (i.e. European Commission, Erasmus+ National Offices, EU Delegations, Erasmus Mundus students and Alumni Association) for facilitating student access to the joint programme.

If you are selected, your data may be used for the purposes of evaluating the programmes, efficiently manage the projects, and producing statistics. Data could be made available to the EACEA, the European Commission, the European External Action Service staff, as well as to other stakeholders of the Erasmus+ programme, such as Erasmus+ National Agencies, National Erasmus+ Offices and the Erasmus Mundus Student and Alumni Association.
